About the role
EB Games Canada is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead its Ajax location. You will oversee daily store operations, ensure a high level of customer service, and drive sales performance in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage staff, assign duties, and supervise daily activities.
- Determine merchandise mix and services to be offered.
- Recruit, hire, and train new employees.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate store operations.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of retail management experience.
- Strong client focus and excellent interpersonal communication.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
- Flexibility, good judgement, and strong organizational skills.
- Team‑player attitude with a commitment to safety and security protocols.
