About the role
We are looking for a motivated Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Milton location. The role involves overseeing staff, managing sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and control daily store operations, planning and organizing activities.
- Manage staff scheduling, assign duties, and determine staffing requirements.
- Analyze market research and trends to forecast consumer demand and sales volumes.
- Implement pricing and credit policies while monitoring budgets, revenues, and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
- Maintain an efficient work environment involving a mix of sitting, standing, and walking.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation (high school diploma) required.
- 1–2 years of retail management experience.
- Hardworking with a positive attitude and strong time‑management skills.
- Organized, team‑player able to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle physical demands.
