About the role
We are seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Edmonton location. The role involves overseeing staff, managing merchandise, and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Direct, evaluate, and organize daily store operations.
- Manage and assign duties to a team of 3‑4 staff members.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale.
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit, hire, and supervise employees.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Conduct performance reviews and maintain operational standards.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of retail management experience.
- Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, and teamwork.
