About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations at our liquor outlet in Calgary. The role involves overseeing staff, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Direct, control, evaluate, and plan daily store operations.
- Manage a team of 5‑10 employees, assign duties, conduct performance reviews, and handle recruitment and training.
- Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale while monitoring supply levels.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages promptly.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 to less than 3 years of experience in retail management.
- Availability to work mornings, days, evenings, weekends as needed.
