About the role
We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our Vancouver location. You will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and control daily store operations, including merchandising, pricing, and inventory management.
- Plan, organize, and evaluate daily activities to meet sales targets and budget goals.
- Manage and schedule staff, assign duties, and conduct performance reviews.
- Analyze market research and trends to adjust product mix and promotional strategies.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic and revenue.
- Handle customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages promptly.
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with company policies.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate (high school diploma).
- 3 to 5 years of retail management experience.
