About the role
We are seeking a motivated Retail Store Manager to lead daily operations at our Pickering location. You will oversee staff, drive sales, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and control daily store operations.
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily activities.
- Manage staff, assign duties, and conduct performance reviews.
- Analyze market research and trends to forecast demand and sales.
- Select and procure merchandise for resale.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Plan budgets, monitor revenues and expenses.
- Determine staffing needs and resolve customer or supply issues.
- Recruit, hire, and supervise employees.
Required profile
