Retail Store Manager – Fairview

About the role

POP MART is looking for a Retail Store Manager to lead the Fairview location. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, ensuring sales targets are met while delivering a compelling customer experience that reflects POP MART’s brand and trend‑culture focus.

Key responsibilities

• Own total store performance, including sales targets, KPIs, and profitability.
• Monitor business trends, product performance, and customer demand to inform commercial decisions.
• Execute product launches, merchandising strategies, and marketing initiatives to maximize sell‑through.
• Maintain loss‑prevention standards and implement shrink‑reduction strategies.
• Support RoboShop operations and coordinate with business partners when applicable.
• Champion a customer‑first culture using POP MART’s selling framework.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and associates to achieve performance goals.
• Manage talent planning, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of store staff.
