About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Retail Store Associates to join our Winners team in the Trainyards location in Ottawa. This part‑time role offers a friendly, inclusive environment where you can develop customer‑service and sales skills.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and provide assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Perform cashier duties, operate the point‑of‑sale system, and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain a tidy, inviting store environment.
• Support back‑room operations, including stocking, inventory checks, and store cleanliness.
• Participate in training and development programs to grow your retail knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
