About the role

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and assist them throughout their shopping experience.
• Perform cashier duties, including operating the POS system and handling transactions.
• Provide fitting‑room assistance and maintain a tidy sales floor.
• Support back‑room operations such as stocking and inventory organization.
• Participate in learning and development programs to build retail skills.
