About the role

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Retail Store Associate to join our North Maple Mall team on a temporary, part‑time basis. This role offers an excellent entry point into retail, with opportunities to develop customer‑service skills in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience.
• Perform cashier duties, process transactions accurately, and handle returns.
• Assist in fitting rooms, maintain back‑room organization, and ensure the sales floor is clean and inviting.
• Support inventory tasks such as stocking shelves and preparing merchandise.
• Participate in training and development programs to build retail knowledge.
