About the role

Join Savers/Value Village as a Retail Store Associate and help create a welcoming experience for customers, donors, and teammates. You will work in a purpose‑driven thrift store environment that promotes reuse and community impact.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, providing knowledgeable product information.
• Process donations, price items, and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively.
• Operate point‑of‑sale systems, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate registers.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock shelves, and support inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and store standards.
