Retail Store Associate (Part‑Time)

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile, assist them with product selections and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately and handle fitting‑room sales support.
• Maintain the fitting rooms, keep them organized and assist customers with try‑ons.
• Perform back‑room duties such as stocking shelves, organizing merchandise and preparing the sales floor.
• Keep the store clean and orderly, ensuring aisles and displays are inviting.
• Participate in learning and development programs to build retail skills and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals and provide excellent customer service.
