Join the Winners/HomeSense team in Thunder Bay as a Retail Store Associate. You will help create a welcoming shopping environment, support customers throughout their visit, and develop your retail skills in a dynamic, inclusive setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and assist them throughout their shopping experience.
• Perform cashier duties, operate the register and handle transactions accurately.
• Support fitting rooms and maintain a tidy, inviting store environment.
• Assist in back‑room tasks such as stocking, inventory checks and store cleanliness.
