Retail Salesperson – Mobile Phone Store

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Salesperson to join our mobile phone store in New Liskeard. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them choose the right device and accessories while delivering a smooth sales experience.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and process sales transactions, both in‑store and online.
• Maintain computerized inventory records, reorder stock and prepare merchandise for sale.
• Provide product advice, demonstrate features and answer customer questions about phones and plans.
• Greet customers, assess their needs and quote prices, warranties and delivery dates.
• Assist in visual merchandising of displays.
• Handle customer returns and exchanges.
• Keep sales records for inventory control and support display merchandising.
