About the role
We are looking for a motivated Retail Sales Supervisor to lead a small team in our Chester Basin location. You will ensure smooth store operations, drive sales performance, and maintain excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures.
- Order merchandise, organize inventory, and maintain stock levels.
- Establish work schedules and supervise 3‑4 staff members.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Sell merchandise and address customer inquiries to achieve sales targets.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation (high school diploma).
- 1–2 years of experience in retail sales supervision.
- Strong accuracy, client focus, and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
