Retail Sales Supervisor

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Sales Supervisor to join the store management team at its CF Rideau Centre location in Ottawa. The role focuses on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales strategies, monitor performance metrics, and drive revenue growth.
• Coach, mentor, and support store associates to achieve individual and team targets.
• Manage daily store operations, including inventory handling, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and create a welcoming shopping atmosphere.
• Uphold Levi’s brand values, policies, and procedures while ensuring compliance with safety and operational guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and performance goals.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 lb, stand for long periods, and perform tasks such as kneeling, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.
• Reliable personal transportation and legal eligibility to work in Canada (minimum age 18).
