Retail Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Retail Sales Representative to join Advantage Solutions in Toronto. In this role you will work directly with grocery store managers to boost sales, execute client‑driven merchandising, and deliver a best‑in‑class shopping experience for leading brands.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain product shelves at major retailers, ensuring planogram compliance, correct pricing and product freshness.
• Process returns of unsaleable items and manage inventory turnover.
• Increase sales volume by building displays, suggesting orders and promoting new product releases.
• Prepare accurate reports, timesheets and expense documentation.
• Represent the client Olymel across a designated territory, visiting multiple grocery locations.

Required profile

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail, client services or food brokerage (preferred).
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and travel within the assigned territory.
• Reliable transportation and ability to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
