About the role
Firefly Solar Inc. is looking for a motivated Retail Sales Manager to lead its Calgary store operations. The successful candidate will oversee daily activities, drive sales performance, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and organize daily operations.
- Manage staff and assign duties.
- Analyze market research and trends to determine consumer demand.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
- Recruit, hire and supervise staff and volunteers.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1‑2 years of retail sales experience.
- Experience supporting newcomers and refugees.
- Experience supporting youth employment.
