About the role

7-Eleven is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join its store crew in Winkler, Manitoba. As a Retail Sales Associate you will be the face of the store, providing friendly service, handling transactions, and ensuring a clean, well‑stocked environment for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle cash, credit, and fuel transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Perform cleaning, stocking, and merchandising tasks to keep the store presentable.
• Prepare and serve food items while following food‑service safety and health‑code guidelines.
• Promote the 7‑Eleven rewards program and assist customers with inquiries.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with a desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching.
• Willingness to follow health‑code guidelines and food‑preparation standards.
