About the role

Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate for its Winnipeg location. This permanent part‑time position supports daily store operations and contributes to delivering an excellent customer experience. The role offers flexible scheduling, including morning, day and weekend shifts, and the chance to earn commission on sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product inquiries, selections and purchases.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using point‑of‑sale systems.
  • Maintain product displays and ensure the sales floor is tidy and organized.

Required profile

  • Secondary school graduation or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of retail sales experience.
  • Availability to start on the posted start date and work flexible hours.
  • Proficiency in English (or French) as required.
