About the role

Key responsibilities
- Create a premium guest experience for chocolate‑loving customers.
- Greet guests with a warm smile and make them feel genuinely welcome.
- Provide personalized recommendations to help customers find the perfect Lindt gift or treat.
- Maintain glamorous chocolate displays that are as appealing visually as the chocolates are to the taste buds.
Required profile
- Retail experience with a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy meeting new people.
- Reliability – prefers being early rather than late.
- Natural knack for making everyone feel special.
