About the role

PUMA is looking for enthusiastic Retail Sales Associates to deliver a high‑standard customer experience in its stores. You will be the face of the brand, helping shoppers find the right products while meeting sales and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consistent, high‑quality customer service aligned with PUMA’s brand values.
• Accurately process sales transactions at checkout quickly and securely.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and product organization.
• Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise, ensuring proper stock flow.
• Uphold safety, health, and compliance standards for both staff and shoppers.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑focused retail environment, preferably apparel or footwear.
• Strong team player with excellent communication abilities.
• Quick learner with basic computer proficiency.
• Physical ability to lift, push, or pull up to 30 lb regularly.

Required skills

• MS Office (basic proficiency)
