Retail Sales Associate – Corbett Centre

About the role

We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate for our Corbett Centre store in Fredericton. In this part‑time position you will be the front‑line face of Winners, helping customers enjoy a positive shopping experience while supporting store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and assist them in finding products.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions and handle returns accurately.
• Maintain fitting rooms, stock the sales floor and keep the backroom organized.
• Support store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Participate in training programs and team meetings to develop product knowledge.

Required profile

• Approachable and enthusiastic, able to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Team‑player who communicates clearly and supports colleagues.
• Adaptable and organized, comfortable working in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Willing to undergo a criminal record check (candidates 18+).
