Retail Marketing Specialist

About the role

Mejuri is looking for a Retail Marketing Specialist to own the planning, coordination, and execution of local marketing programs across all retail and concession locations. You will work closely with store managers, the broader marketing team, and retail operations to drive footfall, community engagement, and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage landlord and mall marketing relationships for every store, ensuring consistent brand representation.
• Identify, evaluate, and propose out‑of‑home (OOH) opportunities within mall environments, handling briefing, approval, production, and performance tracking.
• Lead joint activations with mall marketing teams, from concept to logistics, and document results for repeatable playbooks.
• Coordinate local and cultural community events, overseeing logistics, staffing, brand experience, and post‑event reporting.
• Collaborate with store managers and the marketing team to ensure all activations are well‑planned, properly resourced, and executed to brand standards.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to work independently in a lean team and shift between strategic planning and hands‑on execution.
• Experience in retail or mall marketing environments is preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of mall marketing processes and landlord relationships.
• Familiarity with out‑of‑home advertising formats and production workflows.
• Event planning and activation logistics management.
