About the role

The Educator role is the foundation of lululemon’s success in store. Educators deliver world‑class customer service, share product knowledge, and embody the brand’s community‑focused culture.

Key responsibilities

• Engage guests, assess needs, and provide tailored purchase and return solutions.
• Deliver technical product education, highlighting value and benefits.
• Execute omnichannel programs such as buy‑online/pick‑up‑in‑store, phone sales, and ship‑from‑store.
• Maintain a seamless end‑to‑end guest experience through accurate transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a respectful, inclusive environment.
• Perform product presentation tasks, restock, and maintain store visual standards.
• Utilize in‑store technology to support operations and guest interactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to safety policies.
