About the role

Fieldstone Organics is seeking a friendly, reliable person to join their General Store team in Spallumcheen. This permanent part‑time position blends retail customer service, administrative duties, and light warehouse work.

Key responsibilities

Serve customers in the store, answer product questions, and process sales using QuickBooks.
Restock shelves, pick and pack customer orders, and lift up to 20 kg bags.
Process online orders, create shipping labels, and manage order documentation.
Answer phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate team member.
Assist with labeling and packaging during quieter periods and support the small team as needed.

Required profile

Enjoys friendly, helpful customer service.
Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable using computers.
Dependable, able to work independently and as part of a small team.
Physically able to lift 20 kg and has personal transport to a rural location.

Required skills

QuickBooks for sales processing.
