About the role
MCA is a 100% Canadian owned and operated merchandising company serving retailers and CPG brands across Canada. As a Retail Compliance Shopper you will visit assigned stores, act as a regular customer, and help ensure staff check ID for age‑restricted products.
Key responsibilities
- Visit assigned locations posing as a regular customer
- Attempt a small purchase and observe whether staff request a valid ID
- Submit a short online report after each visit
Required profile
- Valid government‑issued photo ID proving legal age
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to follow instructions and be discreet
- Residency in the specified location and legal eligibility to work in Canada

- $25 per completed visit (up to 15 visits in one shift)
