Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile, answer questions and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Perform cashier duties, assist in fitting rooms, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
• Support back‑room activities such as stocking, inventory checks and merchandise presentation.
• Participate in learning and development programs to build retail skills.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and store standards.
