Retail Associate – Showroom

About the role

Join Silk and Snow as a Retail Associate working in our flagship showroom. You will be the front‑line ambassador, creating a welcoming environment for customers while promoting our sleep‑related products.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Maintain visual standards through product presentation, replenishment and store housekeeping.
• Support the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Assist customers via email, phone and live‑chat channels.
• Implement visual directives for product launches, including displays and signage.
• Communicate the brand story and values—customer focus, wellness, transparency and sustainability.
• Provide a comfortable, informative space for customers to experience the products.
• Help the Sales department with additional tasks as required.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in sales, retail or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
• Positive, optimistic attitude with a strong customer focus.
• Willingness to learn continuously and pursue personal development.
• Availability to work days, evenings and weekends.
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ambitious and driven to improve both self and customer experience.
