About the role

We are looking for a friendly Retail Associate to join our Winners store on Promenade du Cuivre in Rouyn‑Noranda. This part‑time position offers the chance to work in a dynamic retail environment, providing excellent service to customers while developing valuable retail skills.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile, answer questions and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Perform cashier duties, process transactions and handle returns.
• Assist in fitting rooms, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor.
• Support back‑room operations, including inventory replenishment and merchandise handling.
• Participate in training and development programs to grow retail knowledge.
