About the role
As a Retail Associate with Columbia Sportswear, you will be the face of the brand in a busy Rocky View store. You’ll create memorable in‑store experiences by helping customers find the right products, maintaining visual standards, and supporting smooth checkout operations.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service, answering product questions and offering tailored recommendations.
- Maintain store visual merchandising, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Operate the cash register for sales, returns, exchanges, and loyalty program sign‑ups accurately.
- Handle inventory tasks such as receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise.
- Assist the Store Leadership team with daily operational needs.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED preferred; no formal education required.
- At least 16 years of age.
- Up to two years of retail or customer‑service experience.
- Ability to lift items up to 40 lb and stay active on the sales floor.
- Flexible availability to work varied retail hours.
Required skills
- Proficiency with inventory and Point‑of‑Sale (POS) systems.
