About the role

As a Nike Retail Associate you are the face of the brand, working in a high‑volume, fast‑paced store environment. You will guide customers to the right products, deliver exceptional service, and help create memorable shopping experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic, knowledgeable service about Nike products and support customer needs.
• Operate cash registers, handle shipping and receiving, stock merchandise, and maintain visual displays.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and assist with store events and team initiatives.
• Uphold Nike’s standards of professionalism, integrity, and kindness in every interaction.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on store needs.
• Strong customer‑service mindset, ensuring shoppers feel seen and understood.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
