Retail Assistant Manager – Store Crew

About the role

7‑Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager (Store Crew) for its Winnipeg location. This full‑time, on‑site position offers immediate start and provides hands‑on leadership and management experience in a fast‑paced convenience store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership, training and coaching for all store employees.
• Maintain high employee retention by developing leaders and encouraging productivity.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs and promote the loyalty program.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions and ensure accurate register operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and keep product shelves stocked.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory or retail management experience (minimum one year).
• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Valid driver’s licence with automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb and repeated bending.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
