About the role
The Subway restaurant in Edson is looking for a proactive Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and ensure a high‑quality customer experience. You will oversee staff, manage inventory, and keep the restaurant running smoothly while adhering to health and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate daily operations and adjust food preparation methods and menu pricing according to the budget.
- Monitor and supervise a team of 5‑10 employees, providing training and performance reviews.
- Organize and maintain inventory, control costs of products and services.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Plan, organize, and execute daily operational tasks.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in restaurant or food‑service management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and shifts.
- Experience supervising a team of 5‑10 staff members.
