Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, recruiting and scheduling staff, determining service offerings, and implementing operational procedures. This role also includes cost control, inventory management, health and safety compliance, and delivering high‑quality customer service at our Regina Booster Juice outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily operations of the restaurant.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new staff members.
• Set staff work schedules and manage shift coverage.
• Determine service types to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Cost products and services to maintain profitability.
• Organize and maintain inventory levels and ordering processes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Monitor and control labor and food costs.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the outlet.

Required profile

• Education requirement: College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate/diploma (3 months to less than 1 year).
• Experience requirement: 1 to less than 2 years in a similar role.
• Certification: Safe Food Handling certificate.
