Restaurant Manager

About the role

Join our team as a Restaurant Manager at Boston Pizza in High Level, Alberta. You will be responsible for directing all aspects of restaurant operations, from staff leadership and financial management to compliance and customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive approach to maintaining high standards in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Determine service offerings and implement operational procedures.
• Balance cash, complete balance sheets and cash reports.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching.
• Cost products and services to maintain profitability.
• Enforce provincial liquor legislation and regulations.
• Organize and maintain inventory levels.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and supplies.
• Negotiate with clients for catering or facility use.
• Participate in marketing plans and their implementation.
• Address customer complaints and concerns promptly.
• Provide high‑quality customer service at all times.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 2 to less than 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Reliability and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
