About the role
SWAD Indian Kitchen is seeking a proactive Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in its West Vancouver location. You will ensure smooth service delivery, maintain high standards of safety and customer satisfaction, and drive the restaurant’s overall performance.
Key responsibilities
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are consistently followed.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations.
Required profile
- Accurate and detail‑oriented.
- Client‑focused with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
- Capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- At least 1 – 2 years of relevant experience.
