About the role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at Red Swan Pizza in Edmonton. The role involves overseeing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining financial and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and plan daily restaurant operations.
- Monitor and improve staff performance.
- Recruit, train, and schedule a team of 5‑10 employees.
- Supervise staff and conduct performance reviews.
- Balance cash, prepare balance sheets and cash reports.
- Maintain inventory and ensure health and safety compliance.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and implementation.
- Address customer complaints and provide high‑quality service.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of restaurant management experience.
- Strong client focus and dependability.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask.
- Team player with the ability to lead a small team.
- Bondable and able to work evenings, mornings, days, and weekends.
