Restaurant Manager – Full-time

About the role

We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Boston Pizza location in Kindersley. The successful candidate will oversee service delivery, manage staff, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations while driving profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Determine service offerings and implement operational procedures.
• Balance cash, complete balance sheets and cash reports.
• Conduct performance reviews and coach team members.
• Cost products and services to maintain margins.
• Enforce provincial liquor legislation and regulations.
• Organize and maintain inventory levels.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers and catering clients.
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
• Address customer complaints and provide excellent service.
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 2 to less than 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Reliability and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks and physical demands of the role.
