Restaurant Manager – Fast Food

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our fast‑food outlet in North Vancouver. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Determine service offerings and implement operational procedures.
• Balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
• Conduct performance reviews and supervise a team of more than 20 employees.
• Cost products and services, organize and maintain inventory.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
• Address customer complaints and provide high‑quality service.

Required profile

• College/CEGEP education.
• Budgetary responsibility of $100,001‑$500,000.
• 2‑3 years of experience in restaurant or fast‑food management.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, reliability and team‑player attitude.
