Restaurant Manager – Calgary

About the role

Mary Brown’s Chicken is seeking an energetic Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Calgary location. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth service, maintaining quality standards, and driving profitability while delivering an excellent guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimise daily restaurant operations.
• Adjust food preparation methods and menu pricing to align with budget targets.
• Monitor and improve staff performance through coaching and performance reviews.
• Plan, organise, and oversee daily workflow, including scheduling and staffing.
• Recruit, train, and develop new team members.
• Supervise staff, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and service standards.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 2 to less than 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Willingness to relocate with relocation costs covered by the employer.
• Ability to work under pressure, perform repetitive tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
• Flexibility, reliability, and strong teamwork orientation.
• Availability for morning, evening, day and weekend shifts.
