Restaurant Host – Front of House

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our front‑door team at Earls Financial District in Toronto. As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for every guest experience, ensuring smooth flow and memorable interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain the flow of guests into the restaurant to support the culinary and service teams.
• Utilize guest interaction technologies such as Skip the Dishes, DoorDash and OpenTable to enhance service.
• Engage guests with authentic, fun conversations and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Resolve issues quickly using strong multitasking and communication skills, and make empowered decisions for the team.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality, teamwork and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Commitment to fostering a supportive environment for both guests and team members.
• Eagerness to learn, accept feedback and participate in mentorship.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
