About the role
We are looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations, staff coordination and customer service at our Langley location. You will work closely with the restaurant manager to ensure smooth service flow and uphold company standards. The position offers the opportunity to develop leadership abilities in a fast‑paced environment and to contribute to the restaurant’s growth.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and plan daily restaurant operations.
- Recruit, schedule, and supervise staff.
- Set staff work schedules.
- Determine service offerings and implement operational procedures.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels.
- Negotiate with suppliers and clients for food, supplies, catering and facility use.
- Address customer complaints and provide excellent service.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
Required profile
- College or CEGEP level education.
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Strong organizational abilities.
