Residential Property Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Residential Property Manager to oversee rental properties on behalf of owners in the Bathurst area. You will act as the primary point of contact for tenants and owners, ensuring lease terms are honoured and properties are well‑maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate, approve, and monitor rental or lease agreements.
• Hire, supervise, and coordinate support staff for operational, clerical, and maintenance tasks.
• Prepare and manage contracts for property services, including repairs, maintenance, and renovations.
• Track progress and costs of work, maintaining accurate records of expenses and income.
• Respond promptly to tenant or client trouble calls and ensure timely resolution.

Required profile

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and capacity to manage a large caseload.
• Client‑focused, dependable, organized team player with excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Proficiency with MS Word.

• Competence in using electronic mail.
