Research Assistant – Qualitative Analysis (Part‑time)

About the role
The research assistant will help with the qualitative analysis and synthesis of that analysis for publication of the research findings. The role is part‑time (10 hours per week) and runs from September 2026 to January 2027, with an hourly salary of $30.54. The position is supervised by an Assistant Professor (Clinical) and is covered by the Association of McGill University Research Employees collective agreement. Key responsibilities
- Verification of the fidelity of interview transcripts
- Qualitative analysis of semi‑structured interviews
- Synthesis of the findings
- Ensuring ethical considerations
- Writing draft of the research findings
Required profile
- Minimum MSc in a health‑related discipline
- Experience in qualitative research methodologies
- Experience in knowledge synthesis methods (asset)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Knowledge of French and English (English level #4)
