Renovation Manager

About the role

The Renovation Manager will oversee daily renovation activities on construction sites, ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. This role requires close coordination with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and control daily renovation operations, evaluating progress and adjusting plans as needed.
• Plan, organize, and prepare work schedules for trade subcontractors.
• Select, hire, and coordinate subcontractors, inspecting their work for quality and compliance.
• Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report financial status.
• Train on‑site staff and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors.
• Collaborate with customers, architects, and engineers on plans and specifications.

Required profile

• No formal degree required; a certificate or diploma is an asset.
• 1 to 7 months of relevant experience.
• Available for early‑morning, weekend, shift or on‑call work.
• Comfortable working in dusty, noisy, and odorous environments.
