Renovation Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Renovation Manager to lead residential renovation projects for A+ Value Cabinetry & Countertops in Winnipeg. You will oversee daily site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and organize daily operations on multiple renovation sites.
• Prepare work schedules and coordinate subcontractors to meet project specifications.
• Inspect subcontractor work for quality, safety, and compliance with plans.
• Develop estimates and bids for home construction, renovation, and restoration projects.
• Collaborate with customers, architects, and engineers on plans and specifications.
• Maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors and manage budgets ranging from $100,001 to $500,000.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential renovation or construction management.
• Proven ability to supervise 5‑10 team members and handle budgetary responsibilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel between job sites.
• Strong client focus, flexibility, sound judgement, and reliability.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
