Remote Inside Sales Representative (Warm Leads)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing fitness technology company looking for a full‑time Remote Inside Sales Representative. You will work with customers who have already purchased our products, helping them get set up, engaged, and onboarded into our community and programs.

Key responsibilities

• Call warm leads and existing members during standard North American business hours.
• Guide customers through onboarding steps and ensure they receive maximum value from their purchase.
• Maintain high call volume while delivering genuine, helpful conversations.
• Track interactions and outcomes in our CRM system.
• Meet daily and weekly onboarding targets.

Required profile

• Coachable attitude with a willingness to learn our sales process.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls and staying on the phone all day.
• Reliable internet connection, headset, and a quiet workspace.
• Located in a North American time zone.

Required skills

• Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
