Remote Electrical Project Estimator

About the role

We are seeking a remote Electrical Project Estimator to own the full estimating cycle for our fast‑growing electrical contracting business. You will work closely with the CEO to translate drawings and specifications into accurate tender packages and help drive our next stage of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Review architectural and electrical drawings to develop detailed takeoffs.
• Perform blueprint and quantity takeoffs using PataBid.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain pricing and compile cost data.
• Prepare, finalize, and submit tender proposals within tight morning deadlines (8 AM–2 PM MT).
• Support project tracking and administrative tasks from tender issuance through close‑out.

Required profile

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills for vendor coordination and internal collaboration.

Required skills

• PataBid software for electrical takeoffs.
