Remote Data Research & Entry Specialist (1‑Year Contract)

About the role
We are seeking a Remote Data Research & Entry Specialist to support our proprietary NHSLive data product. The role is a 1‑year contract, 20‑30 hours per week, and focuses on gathering and maintaining multi‑family residential development information for Zonda Urban.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor project websites, city planning documents and internal sources for new multi‑family and rental housing data.
- Make phone inquiries to obtain missing information not publicly available.
- Enter sales figures and related data from multiple sources into the NHSLive platform.
- Verify data accuracy using various tools and cross‑reference permits.
- Track active development permits and update launch dates and permit status.
Required profile
- Confident communicator comfortable making phone calls for information gathering.
- Organized, resource‑ful and able to work independently from home.
- Positive attitude with strong research capabilities.
- Self‑manager who can balance a flexible workload.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using MS Word.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook.
- Basic ability to navigate Microsoft Paint or similar graphic tools.
What we offer
- Flexible remote schedule of 20‑30 hours per week.
